Bryant to check out Ole Miss

Lauderdale Lakes (Fla.) Boyd Anderson offensive lineman Kevin Bryant is looking forward to his official visit to Ole Miss this weekend. It will be the first trip for the 6-foot-6, 380-pounder.
"I'm just going to go up there and check out the campus life, academics and things like that," Bryant said. "You know, just get a feeling for things up there."

Rebels offensive line coach Art Kehoe checked in on Bryant earlier this week. The visit with the former Miami (Fla.) offensive line coach went well, according to Bryant and did a lot to help Ole Miss.
"It went better than I expected," Bryant said. "That definitely puts them right there with everyone else and they sound like a good fit, but I am going to take my visits."
Bryant, who currently is a four-star rated prospect by Rivals.com, has a visit scheduled to Southern California next weekend.
The Trojans and Rebels appear to be the frontrunners at this time, though Ohio State and others also have been involved.
"Everything is still even," Bryant said. "My visits will help me decide. USC will be next weekend and that's the only one I've got scheduled that I know of right now. With USC, I'll just watch the offensive line and get to know the offensive line coach. I want to get a look at their offensive game plan. I'll see which (game plan) fits me the best."
Bryant currently is the nation's tenth-ranked offensive guard prospect.
