Bryant still focused on season

Four-star wide receiver Dez Bryant is having quite the season on top of the fact that his recruitment remains as heavy as ever.
Bryant, the 6-foot-1, 195-pound Rivals100 member, is a part of an undefeated Lufkin team pushing towards a state championship. According to Bryant, he's had over 500 yards and several touchdowns already this year. As for recruiting, that continues to sit in the back of his mind, but he's real focused on both his team and academics still as the season pushes on.

"I've been thinking about recruiting a little bit," Bryant said. "But, I'm kind of just waiting things out. I haven't set up any visits or anything – I'm just starting to think about them."
As of now, Bryant says the teams he's looking at for visits include LSU, Nebraska, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Florida, and Oklahoma.
"I like a lot of teams," Bryant said. "I'm looking to go anywhere that's going to get me to where I want to be – that's to the NFL. I also want a team that throws the ball quite a bit."
Florida and Florida State are two teams that have been recruiting Bryant, but he's still not sure if there is a written offer on the table. He says that he hasn't had much time to open a lot of mail.
Regardless, Bryant says he'll be making a late decision and will have plenty of time to sort things out.
"I'll probably commit towards the end of the process," he said. "If I make it to an all-star game or a bowl, I'll do it on television."
Lufkin's team recently opened district play by beating College Park 55-9. Bryant had five receptions for 82 yards in the district opener.
