Brown would like to visit KSU, AM

Oklahoma City (Okla.) Putnam City North three-star receiver Kenny Brown has his priorities in line. While recruiting is something he thinks about all the time, he knows that winning football games is the biggest thing he's supposed to be worried about at this point.
"I worked hard all summer to get better," Brown, ranked as the No. 15 player in Oklahoma by Rivals.com, said. "I'm now up to about 197 pounds. I put on some good weight, and I've improved my speed and my hands, too.

"We start the season against Edmond North, but we have a big scrimmage on Thursday against Del City at Del City. We have to win, that's the biggest thing on my mind."
But in the back of his brain are thoughts about his future. He said two teams are likely for sure going to get visits when he begins to line those up.
"Kansas State and Texas A&M will be two schools that I visit for sure," Brown said. "I really like talking to coach (Greg) Peterson at K-State and coach (Chris) Thurmond at A&M is really cool, too."
K-State and A&M have offered him along with Baylor and Iowa State. He does not have offers at this time from either of the in-state schools and he said it doesn't sound like the Cowboys or Sooners are really that interested.
"They're talking to me, but I don't know if I'm going to get an offer from them," Brown said.
Still it might not matter because a decision for Brown is still a ways out.
"My senior season is what I want to worry about first," he said.
