Brown takes visit, pulls the trigger

Burkburnett, Texas athlete Nate Brown took his first official visit this past weekend to Louisiana-Monroe and that was all he needed to see to make a decision.
The 5-foot-10, 174-pounder made a commitment to the Warhawks after making his way down to the campus and meeting with the coaching staff. Brown doesn't intend on having any second thoughts either with Signing Day just weeks away.

"I committed to Louisiana Monroe because it was just the people there and the place itself that were great," Brown said. "I think I could start playing early and education-wise they had a good program for what I wanted to major in – communications."
Brown was being recruited by coach Luke Wells from Louisiana-Monroe.
"He's a real cool guy and someone you can make friends with really quick," Wells said. "He's just like one of the guys and it's someone you can talk to about anything."
Louisiana-Monroe was the only scholarship offer for Brown, but he's not going to be searching for any others.
"No sir, I'm done," Brown said. "I know where I want to go and that visit this past weekend just sealed the deal."
Brown is expected to be on offense most likely at receiver with the Warhawks.
