Brown still favoring Buffaloes

Mission (Kan.) Shawnee Mission North quarterback Mack Brown finished his first game last Friday and then headed west to take in his first college game of the season.
“Everything is going pretty good,” the 6-foot-4, 205-pound Brown said. “I went to the Colorado, Colorado State game after our game was over. It was really good. The atmosphere was great. I had a good time and got to talk to the coaches after the game. I feel real good about them and get along with them.”

Brown is getting closer to having a decision.
“I think my decision would come before the end of the season,” he said. “I’m leaning to Colorado. I want to be where I fit in. I want to make sure I fit in before I commit. Right now, Kansas, Tulsa and Colorado are my top three, but Colorado is clear the top team.”
Brown opened his season by leading his team to a 35-13 victory. He completed 14-of-21 passes for 251 yards and four touchdowns. He also rushed nine times for 21yards.
The state of Kansas’ No. 8 rated overall player has scholarship offers from Colorado and Ball State.
