Brown returns from Florida State

Four star offensive guard/defensive tackle Kevin Brown (6-2, 285, 5.0) from Long Beach (Calif.) Poly returned home from his recruiting visit to Florida State and came very impressed with his trip to Tallahassee. Did the four star player commit?
“It was a great trip,” Brown said. “In every aspect, this trip went great. I didn’t commit however, I decided to commit when on signing day.”

Brown will visit to UCLA this weekend on January 24th. The Bruins are one of three schools that are in a dogfight for his services.
“The trip put Florida State right there with UCLA and San Diego State,” Brown said. “Florida State is back in. I’m still waiting to hear from Florida. If I do I will trip them if not then I will be content with the schools that are interested in me.”
For his senior season, Brown racked up 20 tackles (most of them were for loss), 10 ½ sacks and three caused fumbles. On offense, Brown was pure power and domination accounting for 113 pancake blocks.
It is no mystery that Brown would prefer to play defense on the next level, but he is a team guy and he will play wherever the coach feels that he can help the team most.
