Brown, Hamilton next up for Cedar Hill

As is becoming the trend for Cedar Hill (Texas) High School, there is more than just one Division I prospect a year for coach Joey McGuire.
The 2007 class featured an amazing 11 prospects who signed Division I-A letters-of-intent and the 2008 class is starting fast as well. Defensive tackle Jarvis Humphrey has already committed to Texas and two more prospects from the high school have picked up scholarship offers.

One of those is cornerback Greg Brown.
"I've got two so far from Louisiana Tech and Tulsa," Brown said. "I haven't been to either college yet, but I'm going to visit Tulsa on the 21st and visit Louisiana Tech on another day because I have family in Louisiana."
Brown says that one of his favorite schools is Georgia Tech since he has watched them over the past few years. He also has high interest in Tulsa, but says that he's going to wait a while before making any sort of decision.
"I'm kind of just riding it out to see how it goes and see if I find the school I would really like to go to," Brown said. "I'm not ready to commit just yet."
The 5-foot-11, 164-pound Brown says he's looking at a number of different things when picking a school.
"I'm definitely looking at playing time," he said. "But, I'm also looking at academics too. I want a school I can be comfortable with. I don't know if I want to be close to home or not yet. It really wouldn't matter to me."
Coach McGuire also says that athlete James Hamilton has also picked up his first scholarship offer from Tulsa.
