Brown announces visits

For months on end schools, fans, coaches and scouts have been waiting to hear from junior five-star Andrew Brown. The defensive tackle from Chesapeake (Va.) Oscar Smith boasts one of the most impressive offer lists of any junior in the country, holding offers from schools like Alabama, Florida, Michigan, Ohio State and dozens of others.
It is still early in the recruiting process for the 6-foot-4, 300-pound Brown and he has stayed very quiet about the schools he is interested in until now.

"Oh man, everybody's coming after me hard," Brown said. "I couldn't even pick out a few to tell you about the individually because they're all coming after me very hard. I wish I could remember each coach individually but it's kind of hard because there're so many."
Pretty understandable for a player that is taking the recruiting process slow and has well over 25 offers from schools across the country.
"They just getting me on the phone and talking to my coaches a lot about me," he said. "I'm planning my visits for the spring.
"I'm in a trying get down to see Florida, Florida State, Clemson, Miami and probably Georgia Tech again," Brown said. "I also want to see Georgia."
In the past Brown has been linked with Virginia and Virginia Tech.
"I'm still looking at the in-state schools also," he said. "I'm not narrowing my list down right now."
When can we expect Brown to start making cuts?
"I don't really have a timeline for narrowing me list right now," said Brown.
In the mean time, stay tuned for details about Brown's upcoming visits.
