Brother of WVU QB has early offer

The brother of West Virginia University star Pat White, Daphne (Ala.) dual-threat quarterback Coley White, already has an early scholarship offer from a Mid-American Conference program.
Central Michigan was the first school to offer the 6-foot-1, 165-pounder.

"I was excited because they said they were going to let me play quarterback," he said. "That's what I am going to be looking forward to playing in college.".
While White is interested in CMU, he currently does not have any plans to head up for an unofficial visit.
White was on campus at Auburn this past weekend for the Tigers' Junior Day.
"It was all right," he said. "We got to meet the coaches, see them scrimmage and tour the facilities."
West Virginia has been in touch, but White was unsure about the prospects of joining his brothers (his oldest brother James is a graduate assistant at WVU) in Morgantown.
"They said they were going to let me play quarterback, but I don't know."
White believes there are several reasons why he should get a shot to play under center in college.
"I think I am a dual-threat quarterback," he said. "I think I will be able to play that in college because everybody says me and my brother play just alike and I am better than he is."
