Brossette sets sights on visits

Baton Rouge (La.) University Lab Rivals250 running back Nicholas Brossette ended his high school career by rushing for 272 yards and three touchdowns on 37 carries and capturing a state title.
The night did not start as strong as he would have hoped, but he continued to push and he felt his opponent, Baton Rouge (La.) Parkview Baptist, was getting weaker as the game progressed.

"Yeah I knew they were getting tired," Brossette said. "I knew if we kept pounding it at them we were going to wear them down."
Now he plans to turn his attention towards a few others things.
"Getting ready for the Under Armour game and just making a college decision," Brossette said.
He is committed to LSU, but he is looking at a few other options. He has already taken a visit to Notre Dame, and is looking to visit LSU, Arizona State, and Texas. He does not have any dates set, but he does have a few ideas.
"Probably all in January," Brossette said. "I think it will be best for me to do that."
He may not have them scheduled yet, but he is looking forward to checking out a few more options.
"I can't wait," Brossette said about taking his visits. "LSU is still home but I just want to look around a little bit and see what's out there."
Brossette finished five-year high school career with 8,704 yards and 154 touchdowns. He is currently ranked No. 247 in the Rivals250, No. 27 among the nation's 2015 running backs.
