Brooks hearing from major Pac-12 team

Julian Brooks is still focused on the playoffs and an undefeated season with his Chatsworth (Calif.) Sierra Canyon team but there is a big development in his recruitment that cannot be overlooked.
The 6-foot-2, 185-pound three-star wide receiver said Oregon has been heavily recruiting him in the last few weeks and he's definitely interested in taking a visit there.

Brooks said there is lots of interest in the Ducks.
"I'm looking to take a visit soon," Brooks said. "I've been talking to them heavily."
Currently committed to Arizona, Brooks said the fact that Oregon is an elite program, it has a strong sports management program, it has ties to NIKE, the connections at the school and the gear are a few reasons why he likes the Ducks.
No date has been scheduled yet since Brooks is still finishing out his senior season but it definitely looks like he'll get to Eugene at some point before signing day. If the Ducks offer they could be in great shape.
Brooks, who committed to Arizona in late August, said he's had some preliminary talks with new Wildcats' coach Rich Rodriguez. Things are still good with Arizona but with the coaching turnover Brooks is looking at all his options.
"It was just a quick intro about him and how he likes everything tight-knit and that all his players are like a part of his family," Brooks said about his talks with Rodriguez. "He seemed like a good guy."
Arizona State, Colorado, Fresno State, Oregon State, Utah State and Washington State have also offered Brooks, who has eight receiving touchdowns this season.
His undefeated Chatsworth Sierra Canyon faces Lancaster (Calif.) Paraclete on Saturday in the next round of playoffs.
