Broadway lands second SEC offer

The options are flowing in now for Baton Rouge (La.) Capitol dual-threat quarterback Terrance Broadway. Over the course of spring practice, Broadway was picking up offers seemingly by the day. Now that spring ball is over, the momentum is still high and today Broadway added another SEC offer to his list.
Last week the Oregon Ducks came calling all the way down to Louisiana to extend an offer to the talented quarterback. That offer added to a list that already school such as Nebraska, Colorado, Southern Miss and Utah. Most recently, Broadway picked up offer number 11 and his second offer from the SEC.

"I got an offer today from Mississippi State," Broadway said on Friday.
The offer was not a surprise to Broadway but one he was excited about nonetheless.
"I knew the offer was coming and I'm very happy that I have it," he said.
The offer adds to a long list of programs with offensive systems that are great fits for Broadway's unique athleticism and versatility. An added bonus to the Mississippi State offer is the resume that head coach Dan Mullen has in developing quarterbacks in his system.
"Coach Mullen has coached a lot of All-Americans," Broadway said. "Some off the top of my head are Tim Tebow, Chris Leak and Alex Smith. For him to want me to be a part of his program was a sign that I can be the next All-American."
The four-star quarterback plans to make several visits to campuses and camps this summer but has yet to finalize his plans.
