Broadus plans two big visits

Cordell Broadus already has an extensive offer list and now the 2015 wide receiver is considering some trips this fall that could land him more offers.
The Diamond Bar, Calif., standout said he's planning two unofficial visits this season - to Oregon for the UCLA game and possibly to Texas A&M for the Alabama showdown - and both could be big for the 6-foot-3, 186-pound recruit.

"Those are two big schools," Broadus said.
"I'm really interested in both of those schools, Texas A&M and Oregon. I haven't gotten an offer from them yet but I'm just patiently waiting and staying hungry."
Broadus hasn't been offered by those schools but he already has an impressive list of schools involved early on.
So far, the 2015 prospect has offers from Arizona State, Cal, Duke, LSU, Nebraska, Oregon State, Tennessee, UCLA, USC and Washington.
Broadus, the son of Snoop Dogg, could see his recruitment take off even more in his junior season because he and fellow 2015 standout Kanya Bell form one of the top receiving duos in California.
Diamond Bar opens its season this weekend against Montebello and some big things are expected.
"Everything has just been calm right now with recruiting," Broadus said. "I haven't gotten any offers or anything but I'm not even focused on that right now. I'm trying to get ready for this season and get to the playoffs.
"We have a lot of potential and I can see us going far this season."
