Bradshaw’s status unchanged

Bluefield (Va.) Graham two-way star Ahmad Bradshaw has come to a relative stand-still in the recruiting process. After taking two official visits early in the season, the Rivals.com No. 7 all-purpose back and No. 50 prospect in the Atlantic East Amazing 80, has seen things stabilize, and with one more visit planned, five schools remain atop his list of favorites.
“I am possibly going to West Virginia to see them play Pitt, but that is about all that is new,” commented the 5-foot-10, 185 pound athlete. He has plans to visit Virginia unofficially on Oct. 18 to see the Cavaliers host Florida State and will return to Charlottesville on Nov. 28th officially to see the Cavs take on in-state rival Virginia Tech.

He has already taken official visits to Virginia Tech (Aug. 29) and Tennessee (Sept. 5) and is undecided on his last two visits. His first two visits went equally well, but he wants to take others before making a decision.
The three schools he is visiting along with Maryland and West Virginia remain Bradshaw’s top five schools. So far, West Virginia and Virginia have offered scholarships.
Although unsure of his stats this season, Bradshaw carried the ball 224 times last year for 2,282 yards and 27 touchdowns. He also caught 36 passes for 390 yards and three scores. He was named to the all-state, all-region, and all-district teams, and was the Daily Telegraph Player of the Year. He said he currently maintains a qualifying GPA and is very close on his SAT score.
