Bowman names Top 5 and leader
Suitland, Md., linebacker Navorro Bowman, the No. 8 prospect in the state of Maryland in the Rivals.com player rankings, talks about two schools at the top of his list.
"I have numerous offers," Bowman said. "Right now I'd say 27 or 28.

"I've narrowed it down a little. There's Penn State, Ohio State, Virginia Tech, North Carolina, and Tennessee. That's my top five."
Asked if any other schools are in the picture, Bowman said, "Pitt and Florida. That's about it. They both offered.
"I haven't set up any official visits. I'll do that when school starts. I'll visit those (top) five. I'll take all five visits.
"My favorite is Virginia Tech, and I like Ohio State a lot too.
The 6-foot-0 and 218 pound Bowman does not have prototype linebacker height, but recruiters aren't concerned. Bowman is a tackling machine.
Bowman made 165 tackles including nine sacks during his junior season. He has great range from his inside linebacker spot and is also a very good student.
