Bowman keeps his head up

No offers have reached the door of Pasadena (Texas) Dobie wide receiver Xavier Bowman, but the humble and hard working young prospect is taking things day by day.
Houston, Rice, Northwestern, SMU, North Texas, and Sam Houston have been showing a considerable amount of interest. The 6-foot-1, 188-pound Bowman remains patient on getting his first one to arrive.

"I think they'll come, but you just have to wait a little bit until the seasons get finished and a guy like me can step up to the plate," Bowman said. "I had a good season with around 640 yards and eight touchdowns, so think things will pick up."
Visits are not on the list of things to do yet for Bowman, but he'd like to have those done in the near future.
Bowman's eyes are on one team right now.
"I'm kind of hoping Houston would offer," Bowman said. "If that would happen, I'd probably head there as long as they have an architecture program and I could compete."
