Bowling Green building big line

The foundation of the future has been laid for the Bowling Green offensive line.
The Falcons have secured commitments from quite a few highly prized offensive line prospects, and that includes 6-foot-5 ½, 310-pound offensive tackle prospect Blaec Walker of Middleton, Ohio.

"It's just a great opportunity," Walker, who committed a few weeks back ahead of teammate Chip Robinson, said.
"They're losing six offensive linemen, and it's a great opportunity for me to come in and play right away as a true freshman. They want me at left tackle. I also really liked it up there.
"The coaches are a lot like my coaches here in high school. It's going to be real easy to play for those coaches because it's just like my high school coach would be following me to college."
Walker, an all-conference pick as both a sophomore and a junior, also said he picked up scholarship offers from Eastern Michigan, West Virginia, Miami University and Illinois. Walker said he's been pleased with how his senior season has progressed and now that his decision is out of the way he can help his team focus on making the state playoffs.
"We're playing really well," he said.
"We have to win three more games to get in. We're going to do it. Last game was kind of rough for me, because I didn't play my best, but I've been playing very good overall. I'm better as a run blocker this year compared to last year."
