Bostic to officially visit LSU

Jon Bostic is a four-star linebacker prospect and a member of the Rivals100. Bostic, 6-1 and 218 pounds, is from Wellington (Fla.) Palm Beach Central High School. Bostic has taken in one official visit so far with another one looming.
"I went to Auburn for an official visit when they played Tennessee," Bostic said. "It was interesting because I have never been to Alabama. The whole visit was nice. It was different. I liked the family atmosphere. When they play the city of Auburn shuts down. I like the staff and I feel real comfortable with them. I like what they are doing and overall it was a good visit.

"Right now I have one other visit set up and that's to LSU (10-25). Other than that I am not sure about the others."
Bostic has been to two Florida games for unofficial visits. He saw the Gators play Miami. Then he was in Gainesville last weekend when they hosted LSU.
"It (the Swamp) was a wild atmosphere. That was the loudest game I have ever been to. I thought the Miami/Florida was loud but this was so much louder. I am impressed with their fans and how much they are into the games."
Going to LSU next weekend will be Bostic's third time this season he will have seen the Tigers. He's excited to see what Baton Rouge is like on a big game weekend. LSU plays Georgia on that Saturday.
"I really want to see if it's a place where I can call it my second home. I also want to see how comfortable I am there and with the coaches. I went there (to LSU) for their spring game and I liked it. But it was spring break. Now I will get to see what campus life is like."
Bostic is looking to take his official visit to out of state schools while taking unofficial visits to in-state schools. He's still considering teams like Clemson, South Carolina, USC and Tennessee for officials. He also said he will visit FSU this season for sure.
"I really want to make it up to FSU for Clemson or Florida game. I am not too sure yet. I also want to figure out what's going on with Clemson and the coaching situation."
Bostic also attended the Florida State/Miami game earlier this month.
