Boss makes commitment known

Cherryvale, Kan. offensive lineman Matt Boss decided to go ahead and end the recruiting process.
The 6-foot-5, 295-pounder called Kansas State assitant coach Joe Bob Clements with the news today.

Boss, a four-star prospect, is the No. 87 prospect in the nation and the No. 4 offensive guard in the country by Rivals100.com.
"Coach Clements was very excited," Boss said. "He immediately went and got Coach (Bill) Snyder for me to talk to. He was pretty happy about it."
Boss chose the Wildcats over the Oklahoma Sooners, the only ohter school still under consideration.
"I just felt like it was the place for me to end up. I'm happy with my decision and now I can focus on having a good senior season."
Boss becomes the fourth known verbal commitment for K-State, joining three other offensive linemen.
