Boss getting his share

The big Tampa (Fla.) Berkelely Prep offensive lineman Colin Boss has started off his recruiting process with early interest. So much mail has come to his house, he's had a hard time keeping track of them all.
The 6-foot-4, 320-pounder says that as of right now he's just trying to find out the schools that are most consistent with their interest.

"It's about 29 or 30 schools sending stuff right now," Boss said. "I'm getting stuff from Florida State, USF, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, and a lot of others. I'd say right now though, USF is up there because they're right down the street and I'm able to go to all of their practices.
"It's like I practically live on campus."
Florida State and Florida are also two teams very high on his list. Leaving the state is not something the talented young man wants to do.
"I kind of want to stay in the state," he said. "I just don't want to live in cold weather."
Pittsburgh and West Virginia are showing enough interest that Boss thinks either could be his first offer.
"I've been talking with those schools more personally," he said. "I'm not sure though about when I'll decide or anything. I'm just seeing how it works out."
Boss says he's heading to the Florida camp this summer.
