Bonds gives visit to Maryland high marks
Tallahassee (Fla.) Lincoln three-star defensive end Kerry Bonds has had a solid group of leaders near the top of his list of Maryland, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Texas. That list remains about the same, even though Bonds took a very good visit to Maryland this weekend.
“I really had a good time with the coaches and the players,” Bonds, who is 6-foot-3 and 232 pounds, said.

“I think the most fun was probably hanging around with the guys, and really trying to get to know them. I spend some talking to the coaches, too, and they thought I could be a guy that could come in and make a nice contribution for them pretty quickly.
“I liked hearing that.”
Bonds said he would give the visit a seven on a scale from one to 10. But with it being his first visit, he knows that he has a lot ahead of him before he makes a final decision.
"I still want to take all my visits first before I make my final decision,” he said. “I’m going to Oklahoma on the 17th, and then in January I have Texas, South Carolina, and one other one."
