Bolston has impressive visit

Washington (D.C.) St. John's College Prep defensive tackle Conrad Bolston took an official visit to one of his favorites this past weekend.
"I was up in Boston at Boston College," said the 6-foot-4, 265-pounder. "I had a good time. I was hosted by defensive tackle Doug Goodwin and I got to hang with defensive end Antonio Garay my last day up there. That guy is so cool. He's my role model now, for real."

So did the Eagles put a dent into the lead Maryland has held for so long?
"It's between BC and Maryland right now, but I'm still going to look at some others," he said. "I have Ohio State this weekend, then Maryland on Dec. 20. Then I have Penn State on Jan. 17 if I need it and if I take a fifth it will probably be Tennessee or Florida but I doubt I'll get that far."
Bolston is looking for good academics and team unity.
"The players and coaches are together at BC, they all have the same goals and do stuff together," he said. "The team is really tight and it's a great city and school. They gave me a lot to think about."
