Lynchburg (Va.) Brookville offensive tackle Devin Bolling made his way to Chapel Hill on Saturday. The 6-foot-5, 270-pounder enjoyed his time at North Carolina.
"It was a really good time even though UNC lost," he said. "I had a good time with the coaches and my teammates. It was a good experience.
"North Carolina made some mistakes that are fixable. It was a good game both ways, it was a good game to watch."
Bolling met briefly with the coaches before and after the contest.
"They didn't really say too much. They were kind of upset they lost. They didn't talk about possibly offering at all, but they are still interested."
The two-star prospect had expected to hear from Virginia Tech sometime soon on the possibility of an offer.
"I haven't heard back from them yet. Logan (Thomas) talked to the coaches recently and they said they like my film."
Bolling plans to take more visits in the coming weeks.
"I'm probably going to go to Tennessee, ECU, Marshall and the last game of the season will be Virginia Tech-Virginia."
Bolling could be on the verge of his second BCS scholarship in the near future.
"Boston College told me they will be offering, I haven't gotten it yet, but it sounds like they are sending it.
"If they offer, I'd like that. I just would need to go up there. I've never been before."
