Bolden back from Pullman

Ontario (Calif.) Colony athlete Omar Bolden took his second official visit this past weekend to Washington State. Bolden had previously visited UTEP and has a pair of January trips lined up as well.
Bolden, 6-0, 190 pounds raved about his visit to UTEP back in early November but didn't have the same glowing review of his time in Pullman.

"To be honest, it was just all right for me," Bolden said. "There really wasn't anything that stood out about the visit. The players and coaches were cool and I got along good with everyone but I just never had that good of a feeling while I was there.
"The city of Pullman is a little slow for me and it was pretty cold the whole time. It wasn't that I had a bad time there, I was just compared to UTEP, it didn't really measure up. I felt like UTEP looked at me as more than just a football player and I didn't get that same vibe about Washington State."
Bolden will take the next few weeks off and then he'll hit the recruiting trail once again in January.
"I'm going to Washington (Jan. 5) and Nebraska (Jan. 12)," Bolden said. "I was going to Nebraska this weekend but I pushed it back because I'll be out of town this weekend. I had a really good in-home visit with Washington and that's when I decided to take an official visit there. That's all I have set up right now. I'm keeping my 5th visit open but as of right now, I don't have any other schools that I can say will definitely get a trip."
