On Sunday, Dallas Highland Park three-star athlete Bill Foran said he was close to committing to Purdue. He's now more than close.
"Purdue’s one of 12 schools in the country to go to six straight bowls," Foran said. "It's a tradition that I hope I can help keep up. And you can't beat the academics and the chance to play in the Big 10."
Foran picked Purdue over Virginia Tech and Princeton. He is ranked as the nation's No. 57 athlete.
