Lowe had a couple of MAC offers from Miami (Oh.) and Western Michigan entering the summer, but the three-star impressed Michigan's staff at a June camp and picked up an offer from the Wolverines. Missouri has since jumped in the mix with an offer while Purdue is expressing interest. Listed as a wide receiver, Lowe likely projects as a cornerback at the next level and should continue to tally power five offers throughout the fall.

More Frederick Douglass talent featured:

Hicks is another equally talented cornerback for a loaded Frederick Douglass team that debuts at No. 6 in the state rankings. The three-star picked up a Big Ten offer from Northwestern over the summer. Western Michigan, Miami (Oh.), and Eastern Kentucky have also offered. Hicks recently took a trip to Purdue along with a group of his teammates.

No prospect in the state of Kentucky had a bigger summer than Kennedy, who makes his debut at No. 9. Ole Miss, Kentucky, and Louisville are power five schools that offered in June. Kennedy also picked up offers from Toledo, Ball State, Western Michigan, and Marshall. Illinois is another power five program that offered back in the spring. Expect the talented two-way lineman to continue to climb the ranks in the 2024 class.

North Hardin duo make debuts:

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound prospect is an electric playmaker with the ball in his hands. So far this season, Boykins, Jr. has rushed for 154 yards and leads North Hardin with 184 yards receiving and five total touchdowns. The three-star has early offers from Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky with programs like Indiana, Notre Dame, Liberty, and Marshall expressing interest.

Wiley has the frame that college coaches clamor for and the talent to back it up. The three-star is an excellent basketball player and his athleticism has translated to the gridiron as Wiley has collected early offers from Kentucky, Western Kentucky, and Eastern Kentucky. Notre Dame and others are also expressing interest in the 6-foot-6, 230-pound talent.
