Blanks says Nebraska leads

"Akron offered," Erie (Pa.) Cathedral Prep defensive lineman Joe Blanks said. "But nobody else officially. But I believe West Virginia has. And I believe Michigan State will be one that comes too."
"Right now my top three would probably be Nebraska, West Virginia, and Iowa. Right now I'm not really looking at anyone else. I guess Akron's a possibility if nothing else happens. They're just not at the top of my list."
"Nebraska's my favorite. I like what coach Callihan is doing, bringing the NFL to the college level."
The 6-foot-3 and 305 pound Blanks is the number 33 prospect in the state of Pennsylania. Blanks had arthroscopic knee surgery and missed three games during his junior season, but says he's 100% healthy now.
