Blackmon adds two more offers

Tatum, Texas receiver Chance Blackmon started with one scholarship offer, but things are picking up as he's added two more in the last two weeks.
The 6-foot-2, 175-pound pass-catcher grabbed his first offer from Kansas. Blackmon says he recently added two more from Houston and Oklahoma State. Another school is on the horizon as the early leader.

"My favorite is probably LSU," Blackmon said. "It's just the way they run their offense and the school itself. I've been receiving a lot of mail from them."
The two new offers are certainly interesting to Blackmon as well. He says that with the mail was coming the offers weren't surprising.
"I've been receiving lots of mail from Houston and Oklahoma State," Blackmon said. "I've been to Oklahoma State too on a visit and to Oklahoma as well. I liked both of them. They have quiet towns and both of them were nice."
The Oklahoma coaches talked about a potential offer for Blackmon as well.
"They said they were going to offer me as soon as they can, but they also want to get me down there to camp so they can see me run drills with a quarterback," Blackmon said.
In the meantime, Blackmon is running track. He's currently running the open quarter, the 200 meters and the mile relay.
"We've got a real big meet coming up in two weeks here in Tatum," he said. "They're all big events for me."
