Black with new leader

Things have done nothing but pick up for Houston (Texas) Cypress Falls defensive tackle Jerrod Black.
Black, the 6-foot-2, 280-pounder, says that he's got a new school he's eyeing and possibly could be making an early commitment.
"Nebraska is coming to see me play on Friday," Black said. "I was talking to my coach and it sounds like they may offer. If they do, I'll probably make a commitment. We'll see what happens."

Other scholarship offers have come in from Arizona, Houston, Iowa State, and Missouri. However, the Huskers have caught his attention.
"It's a good football program," Black said about Nebraska. "Plus, Terrence Nunn came from my school. He played there. I know they've got some coaches coming down, so I want to see how it goes.
"I'm going to go to Texas A&M with Roger Holland and Derrick Stephens this weekend for an unofficial visit. I'll get to see them play Texas A&M. I'm looking forward to it."
