Black keeps options open

Shreveport (La.) Woodlawn three-star cornerback Henry Black has attracted the attention of several college coaches across the country. Several offers have been placed on the table with Houston, Louisiana Tech, Memphis, Tulane, and Southern Miss among his options, and at this point he has not narrowed his list.
"No I don't have any leaders or anything," Black said. "I'm letting coach keep up with that right now and I'll worry about that after the season."

He has been in touch with a few college coaches, and he does have some weekend plans.
"This weekend I might go to the A&M/Ole Miss game," Black said.
Black will also attend the Baylor/TCU game on Saturday with teammate Malcolm Williams and he will join Williams and T.D. Moton in Tuscaloosa for Alabama's game with Texas A&M.
As for his official visits, he is looking to take those at a later date.
"I'll probably take some officials after the season," Black said.
He is not planning to make a commitment until he is able to take his official visits, but he does have a few things he is looking for in a potential program.
"Well I want to major in Kinesiology, and I'm looking for a school I can fit comfortably in with the players and the coaches," Black said.
Black and Woodlawn are currently 2-4 on the season and captured a 54-34 win over Shreveport (La.) Northwood on Thursday night. Next up is a Thursday night match-up with Shreveport Huntington next week at Independence Stadium.
