The Skinny: “Cesar has a great attitude and he’s a player that you can count on,” Bishop Amat head coach Mike DiFiori. “We can line him up at either tackle position and we don’t skip a beat.”
Rodriguez brings a lot of the versatility to the table could end playing any line spot on the D-I level. He is a super athlete who has great feet and long arms. Rodriguez is very lean and has the frame that D-I schools likes. Once he gets into a D-I weight program he will gain another 30 pounds easily and he won’t lose any of his quickness or athleticism.
Rodriguez is also a standout on the hardwood and helped Bishop Amat win the southern section Division 1 championship in basketball. His outstanding footwork can be attributed to his outstanding performance in hoops.
Rodriguez is another player whose best days on the gridiron are ahead of him.
