"It is out of USF, Louisville, and Boston College," Badet added.
The 5-foot-11, 160-pound wideout talked about his three favorites, all of whom have offered.
Boston College: "They were like my first really big offer. I talk with the receivers coach (Aaron Smith) there. They want me to come up and see everything."
Louisville: "I have a connection with Coach (Brian) Jean-Mary. We talk all the time."
USF: "They are my most recent offer. I have a really good relationship with the receivers coach (Jerome Pathon). Every time that I go down there, I like the campus."
South Florida is the only finalist that Badet has visited. He most recently participated in the SuperBull Camp held at South Florida.
The Sunshine State prospect says the decision has already been made.
"I already know where I am going to commit to," Badet said. "I just sat down and talked with my friends and then my mom and dad and we felt it was the best place for me."
As a junior, Badet had 718 receiving yards and seven touchdowns.
