Big WR Getting His Due

For teams looking for a top-notch wideout, they might want to head down to Cherry Hill (N.J.) Camden Catholic. Byron Williams, a 6-foot-3, 185-pound receiver, has all the tools to be a big-time player at the next level and college coaches are quickly catching on.
Byron attended two camps during the last two weeks in June and now one of those teams is emerging as one of Byron’s leaders.

"I went to Rutgers for camp and I loved it. Coach Hazel is the receiver’s coach and he really taught me a lot, I really like him and I believe in what they are trying to do there. I also went to Penn State and liked it. I thought the campus is beautiful, but there isn't much around there."
For now Byron lists Rutgers and Iowa as his leaders with West Virginia next. He has offers from all three as well as Virginia Tech and Temple.
"My coach told me that I also have two other offers on the way. I plan on committing sometime during the season."
As a junior, Williams had 35 receptions for 800 yards and eight touchdowns. He was named all-state parochial second team and all-conference for his efforts and the talented wideout plans on taking at least a couple of official visits before he makes his final decision.
