Big Willie: Even more confused now

The nation’s No. 1 outside linebacker, Willie Williams of Miami Carol City, is back from his official visit to Auburn. After being blown away in the past, Williams said he didn’t expect such an impressive official visit to Auburn this weekend.
But that’s exactly what he got.

“I was overwhelmed with everything – the food, the people, the coaches and the players,” Williams said. “I had a great time. Actually a lot better than I thought it was going to be.
“I would have no problem putting them right up there at the top with Miami and Florida State. I’m going to have to make a tough decision, and Auburn made things even tougher for me.”
“Junior (Rosegreen) was my host and he showed me all around campus and kept telling me that they were losing their top two linebackers and that I could come in and be the starter from day one. I liked hearing that.”
Williams will visit Miami next weekend and he said he might sit back and think about making a decision some time shortly after that.
“I don’t even know how I’m going to make my pick now,” he said. “It should be fun, though. We’ll see what happens.”
