It’s been a wild ride for Ft. Worth Dunbar all-purpose back Michael Turner and the Wisconsin Badgers. At one point he seemed a sure thing for the Wisconsin, but then he backed off of that. But now he’s back with the Badgers.
And he will be spending his college years there, too.
That’s because Turner, who is 5-foot-10 and 185 pounds, committed to the Badgers today at school.
“It was just the right place and right situation,” he said. “I liked my visit and it gives me a chance to play in the Big 10.”
Turner picked Wisconsin over New Mexico State and Ball State. He was also getting heavily recruited at one point by Iowa, Purdue and Texas A&M.
