Big Ten visits next for Oseland

Springfield (Ill.) Sacred Heart Griffin offensive tackle Quinn Oseland has reached a double digit offer total, but his next couple spring practice visits will be to schools that have not yet offered.
"I am thinking about going to a spring practice this weekend at Ohio State," Oseland said. "I know for sure I am going to an Indiana one next [weekend]."

Although the Buckeyes are not among his ten offers, Oseland has been in regular contact with their coaching staff.
"They are wanting me to camp and said most of their guys who camp with them get an offer," Oseland said. "Their offensive line coach, who I keep in contact with quite a bit, is going to come watch me."
Oseland may not have to wait until summer camp to add an Indiana offer to his list, and he is looking forward to hearing the Hoosier's plans for recruiting him on next week's visit.
"I'm excited about the feedback they'll give me," he said. "I think they are pretty close to offering me."
The ten schools that have offered the 6-foot-6, 307-pound Oseland are Cal, Illinois, Minnesota, Mississippi State, Northern Illinois, Oregon, Toledo, UConn, Utah and Washington State.
"My strongest relationship is with Illinois right now," Oseland said. "I haven't been out to see many of them, so I am definitely excited to check them out."
Oseland is looking at a trip the first weekend in May that would allow him to check out the West Coast schools on his offer list.
"In May I am thinking about going to the spring game for Oregon and then driving down to Cal and checking them out too," he said. "I'm up for going away, and staying close to home is always good too. The distance doesn't really affect me that much."
