Big Ten schools dot Hartlines list

Canton (Ohio) Glen Oak's Brian Hartline is one of the top athletes in the Akron-Canton area.
The 6-foot-2 and 180 pounder passed for 300 yards and caught close to 40 passes during his junior season. He also played some free safety, returned punts and kickoffs, and did his teams punting. Hartline was an all-league and all-district selection.

Hartline, who played running back and wide receiver during his sophomore season, went to the state in four events in track that season as well.
"Right now I'd say Ohio State, Penn State, Purdue, Michigan State, Iowa, and LSU are schools I'm looking at," Hartline said. "Those are the big ones."
"Right now I'd say my favorite would be Ohio State. I'm open to others, but I live in Ohio and I've been to a number of Ohio State games."
"I went to an Ohio State junior day and one at Michigan State. I'll hit the NIKE Camp at Ohio State and I'll go to camps this summer at Ohio State and Penn State. I might go to camps at Notre Dame, Michigan State, and Iowa too."
