Big schools looking at WR Hill
Major schools are beginning to show interest in Springfield (Fla.) Rutherford wide receiver Daidren Hill after a remarkable junior season. Who is the 6-foot-2, 180-pounder receiving mail from and does he have any favorites?
"He's hasn't gotten any offers to this point, but Daidren is getting plenty of mail from LSU, Florida, Auburn, Maryland, North Carolina, Florida State, Miami and others," Rutherford head coach Greg Rivers said. "He is kind of looking at everybody and hasn't mentioned any early favorites to me."

Last season the wide receiver prospect hauled in 40 receptions for 1,100 yards and six touchdowns. He added four interceptions on defense.
"He is a great player for us that makes a lot of plays," he said. "What makes Daidren really stand out is his aggressiveness towards the ball. He has great hands and is real quick player.
"He is a pure ball player all the way and a real competitor. He also is a very good kid and doesn't get into trouble."
Hill earned all-district and all-county honors as a junior.
