Worcester (Mass.) Burncoat offensive/defensive lineman Ron Brace was rumored to be ready to commit to Boston College this week. Did he pull the trigger?
"Yeah, I'm committed to BC," said the 6-foot-4, 310-pounder. "I went there this weekend and loved it like I knew I would. They've always been my favorite school and when they said I could get a chance to play defense and I was approved academically, it was all done."

Brace also had offers from UConn, UMass, Northeastern, Hofstra and Northeastern among others.
"My school isn't really a big recruiting stop for coaches," he laughed. "Not many people knew about me, but BC recruited me early and stood with me. I'm happy to be going there and I expect to make an impact right away."
