"This is huge," Jones, who is 5-foot-11 and 175 pounds, said. "It's the semifinals, but it's for the state title."
Jones came up big once again in the state quarterfinals with two touchdown catches, including a 35-yard reception on the final play of the first half.
"James just threw the Hail Mary up and I went and got it," Jones said.
Went and got it, Just like the coaches are going after him.
Jones has lined up two official visits - Oklahoma State on January 10 and Iowa on January 17. He said Tennessee is still talking to him, along with TCU, where Battle is committed.
He said he’s not leaning anywhere at this point.
“I’ll figure this out after I take some trips,” he said.
Jones is ranked as the No. 50 receiver in the nation.
