Big 12 leader for Iwuagwu

On Thursday alone Houston (Texas) Westfield offensive guard Cordel Iwuagwu welcomed offers from Northwestern, Frenso State, and TCU. Before that there was Tulsa and on Monday Purdue and Syracuse joined the fold.
It is safe to say the Houston RCS Offensive Line MVP has been on fire lately when it comes to the recruiting process, and he is excited to welcome the attention.

"It's actually real fast right now," Iwuagwu said. "It's like I'm blowing up I guess you could say. They're coming every day now. I never knew it could be this busy. I always wanted this, but it's really, really busy."
TCU is the latest to extend an offer. The Horned Frogs offered Thursday evening and quickly find themselves among Iwuagwu's favorites.
"Yes sir, TCU, Northwestern, Iowa State, and Syracuse are really standing out at this moment," Iwuagwu said.
Iwuagwu has his reasons for liking each of the four programs.
"Syracuse really stands out because my position coach went to Syracuse and he had an amazing experience up there. I really look up to him and I would like to experience what he experienced.
"Iowa State one of our players is going there (Brian Peavy) and I wouldn't mind playing with a teammate and going there with him. And Iowa State has been pretty good in the past years.
"Northwestern, we hae another guy down there C.J. (Christian Jones), and my cousins and family always talk about Northwestern about their education and how football is on the rise also.
"TCU is probably my personal favorite. I always like to watch them play and their colors and the Horned Frog and everything. That's just a personal favorite."
Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Arizona State have picked up their interest in the standout offensive lineman.
This summer he plans to attend camp at TCU with teammate Ed Oliver, and he would like to take a few other visits but he is uncertain about where he will be able to visit.
He also does not have any definite plans to commit, but he does have an idea.
"I might make it right before the season or during the summer," Iwuagwu said.
