Better ATH than Jamal Lord

Derel Williams out of Bayonne, N.J. is a free safety and running back who is already getting some serious interest. That's likely because his coach said he's a better overall athlete than former Nerbaska quarterback Jamal Lord
The 5-foot-11, 185-pound back has received mail from schools across the country including Nebraska, Iowa, Boston College, Penn State, Maryland, Oklahoma, Virginia and Rutgers according to head coach Rick Rodriguez.

"He's a good looking kid," said Rodriguez. "He's a physically good looking athlete, who is better than former player Jamal Lord."
Lord is also a former Bayonne standout.
This season Williams helped Bayonne to a 6-4 record. In one game where four-star recruit Jerome Hayes (Penn State signee) went down, Williams filled in and ran for 190 yards on 24 carries.
So far Williams is still in the introduction stage of recruiting and is just looking at what schools are interested. He doesn't have any favorites.
As for what he'll play in college, Rodriguez thinks his future is in the secondary.
