Bethels CB Walker adds another offer

Hampton (Va.) Bethel cornerback Rijo Walker added a sixth offer last week. The 5-foot-10, 171-pounder added yet another one from the ACC according to head coach Jeff Nelson.
"He picked up an offer from Virginia on Friday," he said. "He went up there for camp last Thursday and they liked him.

"Rijo is real excited about the offer. He went to Virginia's spring game and really liked it."
More camps are likely for the three-star prospect in the near future.
"He's going down to Wake Forest, Maryland and Virginia Tech in the near future. He's just going to hit more camps and get ready for football."
Walker holds offers from NC State, South Carolina, Wake Forest, West Virginia and East Carolina as well.
Nelson has three other prospects to watch this season.
One is 6-foot-3, 195-pound safety Deshaun Thomas.
"He went up to Virginia for camp and some of the I-AA schools liked him there. For him, it's going to be what he does his senior year."
Also of note is a 6-foot-3, 225-pound defensive end Robert Copeland.
"He's unique," he said. "He went up to Virginia and they liked him. He's got some stuff. Last year was his first year and he's coming around. His senior year is going to be what pays off for him."
One other prospect getting a solid look is 5-foot-10, 175-pound wideout Jamal Parker.
"Last season was his first year playing football too," he said. "Virginia liked him at their camp, but they aren't really taking a short receiver without looking at him further. He's going to have to prove it this year too."
