Best of RCS: Defensive line

The Latest: Auburn, Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee seem to be the most likely landing spots for Davidson. The Tide and Tigers seem to have an edge by virtue of being the in-state programs.
The Skinny: At RCS: Atlanta, Davidson showed a nice rip move and a few smooth spins that were also effective. Davidson is so much more than just raw power, which bodes well for his college future.

DE
Isaiah Chambers
RCS: Dallas
The Latest: Chambers has kept an open mind, but he plans to release a top eight on May 28. His top three will be in order.
The Skinny: Chambers put together a special performance. He showed a quick first step, he was strong at the point of attack, and he showed a vast arsenal of pass rush moves. He overpowered and out-quicked a strong group of linemen and took home Defensive Line MVP honors for his efforts.

DT
Marvin Wilson (2017)
RCS: Dallas
The Latest: Wilson has been picking up offers hand over fist this spring and he is taking a look at his options. Texas A&M and USC were a couple of offers which caught his attention, and he has been busy taking visits.
The Skinny: There was not a defensive lineman who took more reps in Dallas, and he did not disappoint. Wilson did not win every time, but he showed a great motor, a wide array of pass rush moves, and a quick first step. He moves very well for his size (6-5, 306) and made the decision tough when it came time to choose defensive line MVP honors.

DE
Jonathon Cooper
RCS: Atlanta
The Latest: Cooper committed to Ohio State last November and remains a strong pledge to the Buckeyes.
The Skinny: Cooper wanted to get his Rivals Camp Series performance in early and traveled from his home near Columbus to Atlanta in March to take on some of the Southeast's best. In a deep defensive line group, the 6-foot-3, 223-pound Cooper was ranked as the second best performer, winning almost all of his one-on-one reps.
6
DE
Shane Simmons
RCS: Richmond
The Latest: Simmons committed to Penn State in July, 2014.
The Skinny: Simmons has great explosiveness off the edge and was blowing past offensive linemen in Richmond. His athleticism and hand techniques help him take advantage of offensive linemen when he tries to rush inside.
7
DE
McTelvin Agim
RCS: Dallas
The Latest: Agim has not narrowed his list, but the Arkansas Razorbacks have put themselves in a very good spot. Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss, Baylor, LSU and TCU are a few other schools to watch.
The Skinny: Agim (6-3, 269) has explosion that is hard to match. He often overwhelms his opponent in the first few steps and he has the ability to change his path to the QB in a hurry. He also has a long wingspan, which allows him to make up for his lack of height. He was on top of his game in Dallas and made a strong run for defensive line MVP honors.
8
DT
Derrick Brown
RCS: Atlanta
The Latest: Brown has offers from schools all over the country, with Alabama and Georgia among his most likely destinations.
The Skinny: Brown was his usual dominant self in Atlanta, showing incredible agility for a player his size. He's added weight in the offseason, but hasn't lost his quick first step off the ball.
9
DE
Brandon Simon
RCS: New Jersey
The Latest: Simon has picked up lots of offers since winning MVP at RCS: New Jersey. His biggest so far are from Boston College and Iowa.
The Skinny: Simon was unstoppable at camp. The best thing about his performance was his hand technique. His hands were so fast and he was so quick off the line of scrimmage that offensive linemen could barely touch him.
10
DT
Rashan Gary
RCS: New Jersey
The Latest: Gary will visit Ole Miss, Auburn and Alabama in mid-June.
The Skinny: There is a reason that Gary is one of the top players in the country and he showed why in New Jersey. His athleticism, aggressiveness and strength are a rare combination. Gary's technique gets better every time we see him.
11
DT
Fred Hansard (2017)
RCS: New Jersey
The Latest: Hansard's offer sheet has exploded since his performance in New Jersey. Michigan, Virginia Tech, Iowa, North Carolina and others have thrown their hat into the ring.
The Skinny: Hansard's quickness for a player his size (6-3, 314) is very impressive. His game is still a little rough around the edges, but there is no substitute for his athleticism at this stage in his development. Hansard could truly be unstoppable when his pass rushing hand techniques become more advanced.
12
DE
Keir Thomas
RCS: Miami
The Latest: Thomas is committed to Florida State. He may take a visit or two in the coming months, but isn't seen as a threat to flip.
Performance: Thomas plays some linebacker at the high school level but shined with his hand in the dirt in Miami. His future is certainly at defensive end and his array of counter moves is impressive. There's a reason he took home the camp's defensive line MVP award.
13
DT
Jeremy Darvin
RCS: St. Louis
The Latest: Darvin recently added an offer from Louisville to go along with offers from Tennessee and several non-Power Five schools.
The Skinny: Darvin surprised by taking double-digit reps and winning more than his fair share of them in St. Louis. In an event loaded on the offensive line, he was the only player who had consistent success, mainly because of his relentless motor.
14
DT
Tyler Clark
RCS: Atlanta
The Latest: Clark recently committed to Georgia.
The Skinny: Clark came in ready to prove he belonged in Atlanta and did so with an impressive performance. He's a versatile defensive lineman with terrific strength and a nice set of pass rushing moves that were on full display.
15
DE
Xavier Kelly
RCS: St. Louis
The Latest: Kelly holds over 30 offers and plans to visit Alabama, Florida State, Notre Dame, Clemson, Michigan, Michigan State and others this summer.
The Skinny: The difference in Kelly's first rep and last rep in St. Louis in May was notable. As he adjusted to the level of talent in front of him, the 6-foot-4, 241-pound prospect's outstanding skill set took over and he created great backfield pressure, ending his day with a string of wins.
