Bembry hoping for more options

Former Auburn cornerback commitment Dequan Bembry is hoping that his play on the field this season will earn him more options in terms of scholarship offers.
The 5-foot-10, 175-pounder, who was committed to the Tigers before re-opening his recruitment at the first of the month, currently holds offers from Kentucky and Southern Miss. He's also getting interest from Clemson.
"Everything is going alright," he said. "I'm getting letters and offers from Kentucky, Clemson and Southern Miss.," Bembry said. "Kentucky and Southern Miss. have offered."
The state of Georgia's No. 43 overall prospect doesn't have any visits scheduled at the moment.
"I don't have any visits set up because I'm not real high on anybody right now," he said. "I'm going to try to play my best and get more options. I'm playing great. I'm punt returner and kick returner and I play wide receiver and running back. Sometimes I get in as a decoy."
There are a few schools Bembry is hoping to hear from.
"I wouldn't mind Virginia Tech, Florida State and Clemson," he said. "If Georgia offered me, I would probably go there."
