Belle Glade S keeping busy

Belle Glade (Fla.) Glades Central safety Jeremy Terry could be the next in a long line of great defensive backs to come out of the school. Last year it was Randy Phillips, who signed with Miami, and this year it Terry's turn to hold down the secondary.
"Ole Miss and NC State are still my only offers," Terry said. "I am getting a lot of interest from Auburn, Kansas State, Miami, Duke, Louisville and Clemson too. They all came by in the spring and called and have been sending a lot of mail."

The 6-foot-1, 183-pound Terry attended the NIKE camp in Miami where he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.76 seconds, ran the shuttle in 4.28 seconds and had 27-inch vertical jump.
"Right now my top four schools are NC State, Kansas State, Florida State and Miami," Terry said. "I would have to say that NC State is my favorite right now. They were the first school to offer and I know Garland Heath who plays up there. I'm going to take an official visit up there and see what it's all about."
Terry collected 36 tackles as a junior and is ranked as the No. 49 player in the state of Florida by Rivals.com.
"I think my decision will come down to wherever I fit in the best," Terry said. "Distance is not factor for me at all, I will go wherever I need to go. I won't be making an early decision though, I am going to take all of my visits first."
He has already attended several camps this summer, but his summer tour isn't over.
"I have been to camps at Alabama, Auburn and Florida so far," Terry said. "I am going up to Georgia Tech on July 14. The next weekend we're going up to Birmingham to play in that big 7-on-7 at Hoover."
