Bell narrows list to five
Hitchcock, Texas tight end Josh Bell has trimmed his list to five schools.
“I’m kind of close to a decision, but I’m not there yet,” the 6-foot-7, 250-pound Bell said. “UCLA, Miami, Syracuse, Kansas State and Missouri are my top five. Miami and UCLA haven’t offered yet, and I haven’t heard much from them for a while.

“I couldn’t make a choice right now if I had to. I’m just not ready to do it at this point. I want to do that sometime before the season starts.”
Bell has not been able to attend any football camps this summer.
“I had some scheduled, but something always came up. It just didn’t work out to go to them.”
Bell is not wanting to favor any of the schools over the others.
“I really like what the schools have to offer,” he said. “I want to find the best one for me. They are all good places. I just need to find the best place for me.”
