Bell has two leaders

Mansfield (Texas) Summit inside linebacker Anthony Bell has been keeping things quiet in regards to his recruiting process, but things are really starting to pick up as December moves on.
The 6-foot-1, 216-pounder has added to his first scholarship offer from Indiana. Houston and Louisiana-Monroe have both joined the mix and SMU is a school that has been showing interest as of late. Two schools are at the top of his list.

"You know, I like Houston quite a bit," Bell said. "They're in Texas, so that's one thing right there I like. Indiana, the Hoosiers, I know they're a well-known program. I like them too. It's in the Big Ten, so that's also a good thing. It's between those two."
Bell has yet to take any official visits but says he and his father are working on getting one set to Houston. SMU has inquired about him taking a trip to their campus as well.
"We're going to go down and check out Houston," Bell said. "My dad is trying to call coach Art Briles and get that all set up."
Bell says that he'll most likely make a decision in mid-January.
"It will be somewhere in there," Bell said. "I don't want to rush this thing but I don't want to wait until the last minute either."
