Bell has two favorites
Four scholarship offers and two favorites is the story for two-star Houston (Texas) Chavez wide receiver Justin Bell.
The 6-foot-2, 180-pounder holds offers from Houston, UCF, Texas State, and Utah State. He hasn't yet narrowed it down, but could be close to more and has a pair of leaders.

"I'd say it would be Houston and UCF right now as my favorites," Bell said. "U of H is close to home and UCF, I think they have a good program. I'm liking what I've seen so far from them."
Bell says he's planning to take a trip to Florida to see UCF when school starts.
"I'm also planning to get out to Texas State," he said. "I don't need to go to Houston, because I know that school pretty well."
Bell says he'd like to make a decision before basketball season starts.
