"I pretty much have it down to five schools," Beckum said. "But I'm not sure who the fifth one would be. Four are Ohio State, Florida State, Miami, and Tennessee. They've all offered me a scholarship."
"I haven't set up any official visits yet, but I'm going to visit all four."
Beckum was asked for a comment on each of the four schools.
"I really like the Ohio State coaches," Beckum said. "They're on the same track as I am. They're not all old school. I feel I can talk to them. And I like how successful Ohio State has been."
"I'd have to say I like the overall success at Florida State. I like how successful their program has been."
"It's the same type of things at Miami. I like their coaches and the success they've had."
"I was at Tennessee two years ago. It was pretty nice. I have family down there."
The 6-foot-5 and 220 pound Beckum played in only six games during his junior season due to a pulled hamstring. However Beckum still made 98 tackles and intercepted eight passes. Beckum is the Rivals.com number one prospect in the state of Wisconsin. This four star player is the country's number seven outside linebacker prospect.
